Appalling! My GF and myself got a flat tire on 82nd and Freemont. We had a donut tire, a bottle jack and the wrong friggin lug wrench. So, we limped with hazard lights on a mile down 82nd, to Les Scwab. All I needed was my lug nuts loosened, so that I could put my donut on. They wouldn't let me use a lug wrench, or have anyone come loosen them, because it was a half hour til close. What happened to people caring? I even offered them money, or my ID as collateral, to use the lug wrench and they simply refused to help. Thanks tons. I won't be getting tires there ever again. I have many times.but no more. Sik

These guys have come through for me many times. Helpful, straight advice and they all seem to work very hard. Today I was suddenly dealing with a low pressure light so I rolled up at 5pm hoping to get it looked at but they were pretty busy. They somehow got me in and got it done right. You've earned my loyalty.

Took my car to this location because my tire kept losing air. They put a new tire on and when I went to pick it up they said the wheel was bent. Tried to sell me on four used wheels. Also told me that the bent wheel was now on the front and that might make it shake or mess with the alignment. Obviously, something seemed off so I took the car and left. It was definitely not driving smooth after that. I decided to get it checked out at the Les Schwab I normally go to on 122nd and told them the story. The 122nd store checked it out and this store had left weights off when they changed out my tire which was what was causing the bumpiness. Super sketch. Whether it was purposeful or negligence, not sure but I will not go back to this location. I don't even know if I needed they tire they gave me, clearly should have checked instead of trusting them

This place was amazing. Everyone was exceptionally professional and kind, and they fixed my tire quickly. Highly recommended, and will definitely be back when we need a new set of tires.

I was having work done and they called me to ask if I had already had a crack and chip in my windshield before I brought it in to ensure that it wasn't done by them. Unfortunately for me it was preexisting damage but I found this to be so honest and refreshing that I'm tickled pink even with the repairs costing me $1,600+ for the work needed. This entire experience today has been the way I remembered it when Les was still alive! Ross is awesome and an employee you can trust to be honest with customers. Highly recommend this establishment

Get a second opinion before giving them any money!
I went in to this location for an alignment, tire rotation and balance. They did the rotation and balancing but told me the tie rods were so rusted-on that they needed to replace them for fear of breaking the whole suspension system. They gave me a price quote for parts. I said I'd check with my regular mechanic before making an appointment with them. Fast forward to 2 days later when my regular mechanic looked at it- he was able to loosen the tie rods without using any equipment or spray to break them free, said that they looked a little dirty from being exposed to the road, but that's it.
The balancing and rotation fixed the rattling anyway, so I didn't need to fix what wasn't broken. Les Schwab was all too ready to charge me for work that didn't need to be done! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I highly recommend this Lew Schwab. I went out of my way to take my car to this one. I wasn't overall disappointed. I know the employees work hard.

We had a miscommunication in pricing but Gabe, the manager, made things right and I'm grateful for his kindness. Due to this, I will continue to try to go out of my way to support this Lew Schwab even though I don't live close.

The person behind the counter did not want our business. Argued about the time and how long things would take. Took our car. When we came back to pick it up, they said they couldn't work on it. 2 hours after dropping it off. We needed one lug nut removed. ONE. They told us it was because we had spacers. Great. Tell us that BEFORE you take the car. Besides, you weren't taking off the rims, just ONE lug nut.

Quick and friendly service, although my negative terminal to my battery was magically bent which caused issues with completing the circuit. I guess that’s a common thing here

This specific location I've never been to until today. However, Gabe and Carey got my brakes and wheel alignment done quickly once the parts arrived.

I just wanted to give these guys the props they deserve. I needed some traction devices for the snow and a salesperson by the name of Mason CG was a huge help to me in making sure that I did not get the wrong equipment that might damage my vehicle. I went with the suggestion of him and another super helpful employee and was very happy to find these worked great and were so much easier to put on than anything I've ever used. Normally I am not able to install the traction equipment myself but these I did it with no problem! So, grateful to these gentlemen for helping me today.thank you so much!
