I came here to get my acrylic set removed and a new set put on. When I sat down, the lady immediately cut the tips of all of my nails and began prying them off with a plastic nail tip. It was extremely painful, and my nails were throbbing. I was then switched to a new nail tech, not sure why, and I proceeded to ask him to remove my nails a different way, and expressed my concern that she had cut off my real nails, which I have been growing out. He told me it’s normal to have my nails bending backwards, which is not normal, and he said it was normal for them to cut off my real nails. I added photos to show just how ratchet and ragged my nails looked once I asked for them to remove the rest of the acrylic and tips with acetone. They seemed frustrated to accommodate me in this way, when I was simply trying to not have each of my nails flake off as the acrylic was being ripped off my nails.

I went mainly for a pedicure but ended up getting a manicure as well. Great foot massage and my feet look good too. The downside to my experience was the manicure. Some nails could have been shaped better, there are nails needing paint in some places, the “marble” was done terribly because they didn’t want to tell me that they did not know how to do it, and one of the pinky nails was cut too short.

This was my first time going to Q nails. My nails had been done by another nail place and was not happy. I just went for a repaint. The gentleman that did my nails. Spe t time and fixed not only the paint but also fixed the nail itself. I recommend Q nails. They are efficient but make sure to give quality work.

Went to get eyebrows waxed. Seems to me like she was just waxing my skin. Literally couldn’t tell a difference in my eye brows from when I walked in and I haven’t had my eye brows done in almost a month so they are ROUGH. I asked for them to be thinner on the ends with an arch. She proceeds to wax SOMETHING on ONE eye brow. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and I wasn’t about to chance her messing them up beyond repair (I know it’s hair but who wants to wait two weeks for hair to grow back on your face). There’s also these marks on both eye brows that feel like a burn and they’re swollen after I woke up. Coming from someone who regularly gets their eye brows wax, I would not recommend this place.

First off, they allow appointments, which is great for me. It’s super clean in here and I’m fairly certain the owners used to work at My Nails & Spa. I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled time, but I was 100% okay with that because they were being super nice and very efficient getting people in and out. The guy that does feet is a miracle worker and he actually takes time with your feet. They have USB ports on the pedicure chairs. They open all new stuff with each new customer.
