They made me feel GOOD before going inside. 1 of the nail Techs got off his phone to greet me. He ended up being the one to attend to my needs and what a great job. I sent my DAD in the day before and he had nothing but good things to say about Snails in St Mary’s GA and I am from Jacksonville. My daughter said that she will be back. Excellent service. Please disregard negative feedback from prior those are obviously old owners! I brought my 4 year old daughter here on 8/12 for her birthday and they treated us like royalty! The man that checked us in was kind and helpful, the young lady that did our pedicures was very patient with my daughter and very kind I am a type 1 diabetic and she knew the precautions, all of the other technicians were very kind, our pedicures turned out fantastic we will definitely be back again!!! I do wish I could personally thank the sweet lady whom covered our tab though, didn’t even get a name. Either way, I hope she sees this so I can thank her. We very much appreciate everything you all are amazing

I went in today for a pedicure. I made an appointment online and chose first available. Well, much to my surprise and happiness my technician was Laura. She worked where I had been going regularly. Now, I have my new nail home and favorite technician! I was greeted at the door, everyone was so friendly to me AND each other!!! It was also very clean. The atmosphere was great! I loved it all!

I just left there 10/6/2022. Rosa did my nails and she was amazing. When it comes to getting my nails done I’m very particular when it comes to shaping, but when Rosa let me see the first nail I knew this my girl . She did an amazing job! Everyone this morning was friendly and you get greeted immediately.

My first and last time visiting this place. I suppose we should have made an appointment prior to visiting. My daughter and I sat waiting for over an hour and half to get some pedicures. We asked how much longer and were told 10 to 15 minutes. Well we didn’t want to wait any longer and left. Wish they would’ve said how long the wait would be prior to signing in.

As a walk in, I wasn’t waiting for longer than 10 mins. The receptionist was sweet and genuine, so I was already loving the service given. Alena was my nail tech and she was amazing. Very polite, paid attention to every detail, and also made my nails better than the pic I showed from Pinterest. I def recommend coming to Q nails if you’re looking for a new place to get your nails done, Q nails won’t fail you.
