I have had success with a suggestion from my urologist. You can use the pump in conjunction with whatever ed pill you can use. I use the norm, 50mg generic Viagra. I wait for it's recommended time for a erection and then use the pump! Works great for me. Of course you need to use the proper sized band also!

It’s good exercise for your penis and reduces deterioration.

Time for the injections, they work and aren’t painful. Bimix or Trimix ask your urologist.

There was a presentation out of Stanford University last year that might provide you some ideas to discuss with your urologist. It was titled: “Penile Rehab: Optimizing Recovery of Erectile Function after Prostate Cancer Treatment” —>

They mention vacuum pumps.

Good luck.

I, too, use the ved in conjunction with other therapies. Sildenafil plus the ved gets me to a good spot for oral sex, but not penetration. A Trimix injection followed by the pump provides me with the best result and allows for penetration. That combination has given me my best erections in many years. None of those therapies used alone is good for much for me.
